- Mix the Lemon Juice: Pour fresh lemon juice into a shaker. This gives your mocktail that bright citrus flavor. Remember not to skip this step, as it is where all the deliciousness starts.
- Add the Club Soda: Gently add chilled club soda to the shaker with the lemon juice. You will notice the soda fizzing up. Pour too aggressively, and it might overflow, making a mess.
